The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has posted a letter from the NCAA notifying all parties about the next procedural step in addressing the amended notice of allegations the University received on April 25 and responded to on Aug. 2. It can be found here.
NCAA Bylaw 19.03.01 requires that all infractions-related information remain confidential throughout the infractions process. Consistent with NCAA protocol, University officials will not comment further on details about the case until it is completed.
